• Journeyman-level carpentry skills with a hands-on approach

• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications

• Experience managing schedules, subcontractors, employees, quality control, and job-site safety

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to collaborate with project managers, architects, and designers

• Commitment to exceptional craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail

Yerigan Construction Company is seeking an experienced Cabinet Shop Manager to lead our custom cabinetry operations. This position is ideal for a skilled cabinetmaker with strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to engineer creative solutions for challenging custom builds.

• Proficient in Cabinet Vision and CAD

• Experience building and engineering high-quality custom cabinetry

• Strong understanding of cabinet construction, materials, and production methods

• Manage material takeoffs, ordering, and inventory

• Coordinate production schedules, workloads, and project priorities

• Ability to develop solutions for complex and unique builds

• Strong leadership, communication, and people skills

Yerigan Construction Company is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to support our custom residential construction and remodeling projects. This position requires strong attention to detail, construction knowledge, and the ability to develop accurate and thorough estimates for high-quality, custom work.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and project cost breakdowns

• Review architectural plans, specifications, and project requirements

• Perform material and labor takeoffs

• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing

• Understand residential construction methods, materials, and sequencing

• Identify potential cost, scope, and constructability considerations

• Work closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Maintain accurate and organized estimating documentation

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and quality
